Offset Printing
Merck has developed a special preparation for offset printing: the Iriodin® Pearlprint Litho series. Amongst others the interplay between these pigments and Pantone® inks offer countless new, glowing color effects, newly defined gold and bronze effects and shimmering as well as iridescent color effects. Because of the thin layers of color coatings in offset printing, only a relatively small amount of effect pigments can be applied to the substrate.
